News just in. Following my recovery from a broken foot, yesterday our beloved Drunken Ambassador Matt took a hideous tumble down a flight of concrete steps and has both dislocated and broken his shoulder.

He assures me he was sober at the time. Mind you, he is hopped up on morphine and has been at the hospital all night, so it’s possible the heffalumps and woozles told him to say that.

Of course, this means the podcast will be delayed. He doesn’t yet have a prognosis, so we can’t say by how long, but I hope you’ll join with me in sending him best wishes for a speedy recovery.

In the meantime, if we have any curse breakers among our listeners, do us a solid, eh? [GC]

I’m a big fan and proponent of the Babble On Project and this is just awful news.

I hope everyone else will join in wishing Matt well and hoping he gets better soon.
